Eggs and I have a love/hate relationship. Sometimes I really like them and sometimes you couldn’t pay me to eat them but as with most things if you put enough cheese on top I’ll eat it. My grandmother used to make these omelets in a Ziploc bag because with a whole mess of picky grandchildren (16 of us) it just made sense for everyone to make there own. Plus when the kids are all in the kitchen making omelets you know no one has their head in the toilet or is using the living room wall as a coloring book.
A small sampling of “the grandkids” From left to right: Tori, Eric, Drew, Aaron, Alex, Nana and Nicholas
The first time I took Guy to visit my family in the Midwest we had these and so every once in a while we will make these and think back fondly on that trip and Guy loves eggs so he needs very little prompting to make/devour them.
