Being in Rome today, I saw it fitting to begin this new journal with a quotation by a Roman. This journal rides on the coat tails of my last one which served me well, but alas it is time to start something new and this is it. This is then the obligatory first post which tends to be sort of clunky and awkward, as this is proving to me.
reasons for the change:
- The title of the other one confused people. Apparently spelling is no longer taught in American schools..
- I feel like this summer is the completion of quite a few things and the start of many more
- Blogathon 2009 approaches (July 25 2009!) and I wanted to get this set up and running before then.
